這些玩具于2025年1月至4月期間在The Warehouse和Farmers出售；并于2025年2月至4月期間在Toyworld和Paper Plus出售。

Planet Fun表示，擁有這些玩具的消費者應立即停止使用。

官方還建議購買過該產品的消費者使用兩個密封袋（ziplock bags）將產品雙層密封，放置在兒童無法接觸的地方，之后再按照正確方式處理。

Planet Fun表示：“請將產品退回購買門店以獲得退款，部分情況下可能需要提供購買憑證。”

同時，公司強調：“不要將產品直接丟入普通垃圾中。”

新西蘭衛生部門最新建議指出，接觸石棉不會立即引發健康問題，但與石棉相關的疾病通常會在長期后出現，潛伏期一般為15至40年。

罹患石棉相關疾病（包括某些癌癥及肺部疾病）的風險，與接觸石棉的種類、數量以及暴露時間長短有關。

新西蘭衛生部門表示：“石棉不存在所謂‘安全接觸水平’，因此我們會盡量避免任何形式的暴露。”
