6月15日，中國—聯合國糧農組織南南合作項目“跨境遷飛害蟲可持續防控技術亞洲區域培訓班”在北京開幕。
來自老撾、越南、柬埔寨、孟加拉國、哈薩克斯坦、烏茲別克斯坦等6個國家的近20位植物保護部門專家和管理人員，以及聯合國糧農組織官員、國內高校教授、科研機構骨干和相關企業代表共同參與。
