親愛的外國朋友們：

Dear International Friends

你是否曾在上海的小弄堂里迷路，卻意外發(fā)現(xiàn)一家開了三十年的蔥油餅店？你是否在地鐵里被陌生人善意地指過路？你是否在某個(gè)瞬間突然覺得——“這里就是上海”？

Have you ever gotten lost in a small alley in Shanghai, only to unexpectedly discover a scallion pancake shop that has been open for thirty years? Have you ever been given directions by a kind stranger on the subway? Have you ever suddenly felt at a certain moment—"This is Shanghai"?

如果你有故事，無論你更擅長(zhǎng)寫下來，還是更習(xí)慣拍下來，現(xiàn)在都有了一個(gè)官方舞臺(tái)，讓你被更多人看見。

If you have a story to tell, whether you are better at writing it down or more accustomed to capturing it on camera, there is now an official platform where you can be seen by more people.

第八屆“相聚上海”征文暨短視頻征集活動(dòng)，面向所有在上海生活、工作、學(xué)習(xí)、旅行的外籍朋友開放投稿。這項(xiàng)由上海市人民對(duì)外友好協(xié)會(huì)、上海市文化和旅游局、上海圖書館主辦的品牌活動(dòng)，今年創(chuàng)新推出雙賽道并行——你可以用文字書寫，也可以用鏡頭記錄。

The 8th Shanghai "Get-Together" Writing and Short Video Contest is open to submissions from all foreign friends who live, work, study, or travel in Shanghai. This branded event, jointly organized by the Shanghai People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, the Shanghai Municipal Administration of Culture and Tourism, and Shanghai Library, has introduced an innovative dual-track format this year—you can tell your story through writing or record it through the lens of a camera.

兩個(gè)賽道，一種熱愛

Part 01

這是一個(gè)什么樣的活動(dòng)？

What kind of event is this?

簡(jiǎn)單來說，這就是上海專門為外籍朋友搭建的一個(gè)“故事分享平臺(tái)”。無論你來上海多久——幾天、幾個(gè)月還是幾年——只要你在這里有過觸動(dòng)、有過驚喜、有過難忘的瞬間，我們都想聽你講出來。

Simply put, this is a "story-sharing platform" specially created by Shanghai for foreign friends. No matter how long you have been in Shanghai—whether for a few days, a few months, or several years—as long as you have experienced something touching, surprising, or unforgettable here, we would love to hear your story.

今年的主題是 “我的上海故事?跨越山海的遇見” ，你可以圍繞：

上海城市新貌

（科創(chuàng)、生態(tài)、城市更新）

跨文化交融

（職場(chǎng)、交友、日常生活）

中國文化國際表達(dá)

（中外文化互鑒）

你與上海的雙向奔赴

（個(gè)人成長(zhǎng)與城市共融）

不需要宏大敘事，真實(shí)就好

This year's theme is "My Shanghai Story — Meet Across Mountains and Seas". You may write about:

? A New Vision of Shanghai (sci-tech innovation, ecological development, urban renewal)

? Cross-cultural Integration (career experiences, friendships, and daily life)

? International Expressions of Chinese Culture (mutual learning between Chinese and foreign cultures)

? Growing Together with Shanghai (personal growth and integration with the city)

There is no need for a grand narrative—just tell your real story.

Part 02

怎么參與？?jī)蓚€(gè)賽道任選

How to participate? You may

choose either of the two tracks.

方式一：寫一篇文章

如果你擅長(zhǎng)文字，喜歡沉淀思考，歡迎投稿文字作品，文體不限，字?jǐn)?shù)不限。

方式二：拍一條短視頻

（我們尤其推薦！）

如果你覺得寫作太費(fèi)神，或者你本身就是“隨手拍”愛好者，那么短視頻賽道就是為你量身定做的。手機(jī)拍攝、簡(jiǎn)單剪輯、30秒到幾分鐘都可以。你鏡頭里的外灘、你吃過的生煎、你學(xué)會(huì)的第一句上海話——這些都值得被記錄。

目前視頻賽道的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)更小，獲獎(jiǎng)概率更高↓

Option 1: Write an Article

If you enjoy writing and reflecting on your experiences, you are welcome to submit a written work. There are no restrictions on genre or length.

Option 2: Create a Short Video

(Highly Recommended!)

If writing feels too demanding, or if you are someone who enjoys capturing moments on the go, then the short video track is made for you. Videos can be shot on a mobile phone, edited simply, and can range from 30 seconds to a few minutes in length. The Bund through your lens, the "shengjian" you have tasted, the first phrase of Shanghainese you learned—these are all stories worth recording.

At present, the short video track is less competitive and offers a higher chance of winning an award. ↓

此外，2026年是“中非人文交流年”，活動(dòng)特設(shè) “中非人文交流年特別獎(jiǎng)”4名（兩個(gè)賽道均可參評(píng)），獎(jiǎng)金2000元（或等值禮品）。

In addition, 2026 is the "Year of China-Africa Cultural and People-to-People Exchanges". The event has specially established four Special Awards for the Year of China-Africa Cultural and People-to-People Exchanges (open to participants from both tracks), with prizes of RMB 2,000 (or gifts of equivalent value).

不必追求技巧

真實(shí)、真誠就足夠打動(dòng)人

? Talk about the friends you have made here—what stories do you share with each other?

? Is there any festival or custom in Shanghai that you find both novel and heartwarming?

? What uniquely Shanghai sights or things have surprised you the most?

? Any memorable moments you have experienced in Shanghai worth recording...

There is no need to pursue technique—authenticity and sincerity are enough to move people.

文字是深情的，影像是熱烈的。無論你選擇哪一種，都是在向這座城市致意，也是在向世界展示你眼中獨(dú)特的上海。來講述你的故事，讓世界看見上海，也讓上海看見你。

Words are heartfelt; images are passionate. Whichever you choose, you are paying tribute to this city, and also showing the world the unique Shanghai through your eyes. Come and tell your story—let the world see Shanghai, and let Shanghai see you.

方式一：登錄大賽官網(wǎng)https://www.yuetu100.com/2026xjsh，在線報(bào)名，填寫選手信息（包括姓名、電話、郵箱、所在大洲、國別、單位等），按指引在線上傳作品；
