夏至，少吃豬肉，多吃3種，補營養解饞，滋補不長肉，別錯過了

夏至一到，最難受的往往不是熱，是人一熱就沒胃口、還容易累。你是不是也有這種感覺：明明吃得不多，下午還是發虛，甚至一出汗就覺得整個人被掏空了？

這時候別只想著喝冷飲、啃水果，真正頂用的，是把蛋白質吃對。夏天吃豬肉不是不行，但脂肪多了，身體會更沉，消化也不輕松。換成更輕盈一點的搭配，反而更舒服，體力也能跟上。

像雞胸肉蒜子炒口蘑，就很適合這個時候。雞胸肉低脂、高蛋白，還帶著肌酸和維生素B族，做完不會油膩，口蘑里還有膳食纖維、維生素D和硒，夏天吃起來清爽，身體也更容易接受。做法也不復雜，雞胸肉切片后稍微腌一下，口蘑焯水，和蒜子一起炒，幾分鐘就能出鍋。很多人一聽雞胸肉就想到“柴”，其實只要腌得對、火候別過頭，口感是很嫩的，尤其運動后吃這一口，真的比隨便點個重口外賣舒服多了。

還有一道綠豆蓮子鴿子湯，特別適合夏至前后這種又熱又燥的天氣。鴿子肉本身蛋白質結構細膩，比較好吸收，綠豆負責清熱解暑，蓮子偏向健脾安神。三樣放在一起，不是那種一味猛補的路子，而是“補得進去，也清得出來”。做的時候先把鴿子焯水，再加綠豆、蓮子和姜片慢燉兩個小時，湯會很清，不膩口。以前身邊有那種一到夏天就睡不好、白天又沒精神的人，喝這種湯比硬扛著舒服得多，至少不會越補越上火。

如果最近總覺得胃口差、吃點東西就脹，那豬肚山藥湯可以試試。豬肚有膠原蛋白和鐵，山藥帶著黏液蛋白和多種酶，組合起來對消化更友好。豬肚一定要先處理干凈、煮透，再和山藥一起煲，最后加一點枸杞或胡椒，味道會更順，也更有一點暖意。這個湯更像是“給脾胃緩一口氣”，不是大魚大肉那種壓胃的滿足感，反而適合夏天食欲弱的人。

夏至的吃法，說到底就是四個字：清補兩顧。清，是讓身體別被熱氣和油膩拖住；補，是別因為天熱就吃得太少，搞得人越來越虛。再配上苦瓜、黃瓜、西紅柿這些時令蔬菜，多喝溫開水或者淡茶，少碰冰得太猛的東西，整個人會輕很多。

很多人夏天總想著“吃點涼的降火”，結果胃先受不了。真正聰明的吃法，往往沒那么刺激，反而更耐得住。把這三道菜輪著吃幾次，會發現夏天也能吃得清爽，精神也不容易掉線。
