的通知
本實施細(xì)則自2026年4月1日起施行，有效期至2031年3月31日。《如皋市國有土地上房屋征收補償與安置實施細(xì)則》(皋政規(guī)[2022]2號)自2026年4月1日起停止執(zhí)行。本實施細(xì)則施行前已實施的征收搬遷項目繼續(xù)沿用原有規(guī)定。
