重度肥胖患者曾經接受過某醫院大隱靜脈抽剝術，但靜脈壓力仍然居高不下，足踝區血管脆弱。術后出現三次大出血。但血流動力學檢查并未發現嚴重的反流源頭。建議首先減肥至少30公斤、局部繃帶加壓。后續再處理。
