記者從今天召開的第五次全國人民法庭工作會議上了解到，目前，我國人民法庭數量由五年前的10759個增至11035個，鄉村法庭為7615個；審結各類案件3400萬件，是上一個五年的1.7倍，占全國法院一審結案比例由25%升至35%。
