記者今天了解到，5月21日，市場監管總局依法對立訊精密工業股份有限公司收購聞泰科技股份有限公司部分業務違反《中華人民共和國反壟斷法》實施經營者集中案作出行政處罰決定，綜合考慮立訊精密主動報告違法事實、完善反壟斷合規管理制度并有效實施等情形，決定對其處以90萬元罰款。
