過兩天就是端午了，這幾天的氣溫也是噌噌噌往上躥，悶熱黏膩的感覺撲面而來，人體出汗多，人也容易出現心煩口渴、渾身沒力氣。

老話講：“春吃芽，夏吃瓜，秋吃果，冬吃根”。瓜類富含水分和營養，能幫我們快速補充流失的水分和電解質。今天4種應季瓜類的家常吃法，每天換著花樣做，清清爽爽過一夏！

一、冬瓜

夏天吃瓜，離不開冬瓜。在炎炎夏日里，適當吃點冬瓜能幫助我們消解暑熱、舒緩煩躁。關鍵冬瓜這應季食材，價格便宜，做法也簡單，像煮湯、清炒、做餡，怎么吃都清爽。

像現在天熱沒胃口，就想喝點清爽的湯水，這碗冬瓜肉丸湯就很適合。肉丸緊實彈牙，冬瓜吸飽了肉香，湯水清爽不油膩，天熱喝這個，比吹空調喝冷飲還舒服！

??食材：冬瓜、梅頭肉、鹽、生粉、胡椒粉、蔥花、香油

??做法：

1、冬瓜去皮去瓤，切成厚片。

2、豬肉洗凈，去皮切塊丟進料理機，加小半勺鹽、1勺生粉和少許胡椒粉，順時針攪到上勁，然后搓成大小均勻的丸子。

3、水燒開后，下入丸子煮5分鐘左右，直到丸子浮起。

4、接著把冬瓜也放入鍋里，煮8分鐘左右，出鍋前撒點鹽和蔥花、滴幾滴香油即可。

二、絲瓜

夏天是吃絲瓜的季節，這個翠綠的小瓜，不但能幫助應對夏日的出汗、口渴，還是個了不起的寶藏瓜，它不寒不燥，大多數人都適合吃。把家常食材用好，既好吃又養人。

這道絲瓜炒雞蛋，是一道清淡鮮美的家常菜，做法簡單，口感滑嫩，特別適合天熱沒胃口時吃。

??食材：絲瓜、蒜末、雞蛋、生抽、鹽、油

??做法：

1、絲瓜去皮洗凈，切成滾刀塊備用（切好后放在鹽水中浸泡，防止氧化變黑）；

2、把雞蛋打入碗中，加少許鹽調味，攪勻備用。

3、鍋里油熱，把雞蛋液倒入鍋里，炒至蛋液凝固后劃散盛出備用。

4、鍋里倒油，加入蒜末爆香，然后倒入絲瓜，翻炒至變軟，加少許鹽調味。

5、把雞蛋倒回鍋里，加2勺生抽，快速翻炒均勻即可。

三、苦瓜

俗話說：夏日食苦，勝似進補。苦瓜味苦性寒，能幫著消暑、清心除煩，避免夏天動不動就上火的煩惱。在夏季天氣炎熱、胃腸功能減弱的情況下，適當吃點苦瓜，還可以增進食欲。

苦瓜炒牛肉也是夏天一道清爽下飯菜，牛肉滑嫩入味，苦瓜脆爽不苦，配米飯香迷糊了！

??食材：牛肉300g、苦瓜1根、蒜末、料酒、生抽、蠔油、白胡椒粉、淀粉

??步驟：

1、把牛肉洗干凈，逆著紋理切薄片，加入少許鹽、料酒、生抽、蠔油、白胡椒粉和淀粉抓勻，再加入1勺花生油，抓勻腌制10分鐘.

2、把苦瓜洗凈，對半切開去瓤，切成薄片，撒鹽殺出苦水后，用清水沖洗后瀝干水分。

3、熱鍋熱油，倒入牛肉，大火炒至變色后盛出。

4、另起油鍋爆香蒜末，倒入苦瓜大火快炒，加少許鹽炒至苦瓜斷生。

5、倒入牛肉快速翻炒均勻即可。

四、黃瓜

現在天氣是越來越炎熱，這時出汗多，身體水分流失得快，所以應季的黃瓜可以多吃吃，它含有的水分達到98%以上，不僅可以幫助補充水分，還能幫助生津開胃。

把黃瓜和面粉搭配，做成黃瓜饅頭，帶著黃瓜淡淡的清香，吃起來松軟清新，跟白饅頭相比，別有一番風味。關鍵做法簡單，清爽不膩，一次發酵，松松軟軟的，也太好吃了！

??食材：黃瓜、面粉200g、酵母2g

??步驟：

1、黃瓜用鹽搓洗干凈表皮，削皮，把皮放入輔食機中，加入適量清水攪打成汁。

2、準備一個大碗，倒入面粉，把黃瓜汁也倒入碗里，加入酵母，用筷子攪拌成絮狀，然后揉成光滑的面團，蓋上保鮮膜醒發30分鐘。

3、發酵好的面團揉好搟成面皮，從一頭卷起，卷起后揉至光滑，刀切成型。放入蒸鍋中發酵至兩倍大，水開上鍋蒸12分鐘，關火燜5分鐘即可。
