老輩人常說(shuō)農(nóng)歷五月是毒五月，馬上就要到了，這段時(shí)間濕氣重、火氣旺，蚊蟲(chóng)病菌也多，特別容易渾身難受、心煩睡不好。不管平時(shí)上班干活多忙，這幾樣簡(jiǎn)單養(yǎng)生法子一定要記牢，日常照做，安安穩(wěn)穩(wěn)度過(guò)盛夏。

多吃3樣，清熱祛濕少上火

第一樣：綠豆

天熱最容易心火旺盛，口干長(zhǎng)痘、心里煩躁。綠豆清暑解毒、利水祛濕，煮碗綠豆湯喝最合適。不用搞復(fù)雜搭配，清水慢煮，少放糖，早晚喝一碗，燥熱感立馬減輕。脾胃偏寒的朋友別空腹猛喝，少量分次吃就行。

第二樣：冬瓜

毒五月濕氣纏人，很多人腿沉、身體浮腫、渾身發(fā)懶。冬瓜不含油脂，利水消濕效果一絕。日常清炒、燉湯都簡(jiǎn)單，搭配排骨、海帶都行，清淡不油膩，幫身體排掉多余潮氣，人也清爽不少。

第三樣：生姜

不少人覺(jué)得夏天熱不能吃姜，恰恰相反，“冬吃蘿卜夏吃姜”。夏天大家總愛(ài)喝冷飲、吹空調(diào)，寒氣悄悄積在體內(nèi)，容易肚子疼、手腳發(fā)涼。每天早飯吃一兩片生姜，驅(qū)走體內(nèi)寒氣，護(hù)住脾胃，不容易拉肚子、渾身乏力。

堅(jiān)持做2件事，安穩(wěn)度過(guò)毒五月

第一件：少熬夜，午時(shí)小憩一刻鐘

五月火氣盛，熬夜最傷心神。晚上盡量別熬到深夜，十一點(diǎn)前上床休息。中午11點(diǎn)到下午1點(diǎn)是午時(shí)，心經(jīng)當(dāng)令，抽空瞇15-30分鐘午覺(jué)，不用久睡。小憩一會(huì)能降心火，緩解頭暈心慌，下午干活也不犯困。

第二件：少貪涼，護(hù)住腰腹雙腳

天熱大家總愛(ài)猛吹空調(diào)、冰水雪糕不停嘴，這是毒五月最忌諱的。長(zhǎng)時(shí)間受涼，濕氣寒氣鉆進(jìn)身體，關(guān)節(jié)酸痛、姨媽不適、腸胃毛病全找上門。空調(diào)溫度別太低，隨身搭件薄外套護(hù)住肚子；少喝冰鎮(zhèn)飲品，睡前溫水泡泡腳，散寒祛濕，整個(gè)人輕松舒服。
