步驟一；

準備食材，新鮮番茄兩個，番茄的選擇也很重要哦，我個人覺得那種粉粉的、熟透的番茄就比較好，味道也比較純正濃郁，土雞蛋兩個，小蔥香菜各兩根即可！

步驟二；

把食材清洗干凈，番茄打上十字花刀，放入碗中用開水燙一下，然后剝皮，再把西紅柿切成大小均勻的丁，這樣更容易煮出它的味道，小蔥香菜切碎，土雞蛋打入碗中用筷子充分的攪拌均勻備用！

步驟三；

步驟四；
