技能和經(jīng)驗：

Education and Certification：

• Secondary Education preferably with specialized certification in Accounting and Finance, international studies, social science is required.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Public Administration, International Relations and Social Sciences would be desirable.

Experience:

• Minimum six years (with Secondary education) or minimum four years (with Bachelor’s degree) of relevant administrative or programme management experience is required at the national or international level.

• Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.) and knowledge of spreadsheet and database packages.

• Experience of organizing and completing multiple tasks by establishing priorities.

• Experience of administering and executing project budget management is an asset.

• Experience of managing data, documents, correspondence and reports information and workflow is highly recommended

• Experience of ERP System, especially ATLAS/Quantum would be an advantage.

Language Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Chinese is required;

• Working knowledge of the other UN official working language is an asset.
