5月20日，《武漢市東西湖區國土空間總體規劃動態維護方案》（2026年度）公示，依據東西湖區國土空間總體規劃年度體檢評估結論，結合發展新形勢與新需求，為保障國家及地方重大戰略、重大改革與重大項目落地實施。
本次動態維護范圍為東西湖區所轄吳家山、長青、慈惠、走 馬嶺、新溝鎮、徑河、金銀湖、將軍路、辛安渡、東山、柏泉11 個街道和常青花園社區，總用地面積495.34平方公里。
