網友訴說，在嘉陵區嘉都路附近，益欣小區周邊，看到某處人行道墻壁上，部分墻皮疑似出現了斑駁脫落的現象，墻壁上的部分文字，疑似呈現出了破損的情形，當時就感覺，這樣的畫面， 可能有些不好看呀？也不知是否會影響到嘉陵區該地段的城市文明形象啊？請問嘉陵區相關部門，面對如此場景，該咋辦呢？
