第一樣;小米南瓜紅棗粥
食材:小米: 50克(大概小半碗)老南瓜: 150克(建議選皮色深黃或橙紅的老南瓜,口感更粉糯香甜)紅棗: 5-8顆 枸杞:一小把,出鍋前點綴用

做法;第一步:食材預(yù)處理。小米: 用清水輕輕淘洗1-2遍即可,千萬不要用力搓洗,也不要長時間浸泡,否則表面的營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)和水溶性維生素容易流失,煮出來就不香了。
南瓜: 去皮去瓤,切成2厘米左右的小方塊(切小一點更容易煮化)。
紅棗: 洗凈,建議去核。帶核煮雖然也可以,但去核后的紅棗甜味釋放得更快,而且不容易上火。
第二步:開水下鍋(關(guān)鍵!)鍋里一次性加足清水,大火燒開。水沸騰后,再把淘洗好的小米倒進(jìn)去。

第三步:加入配料,小米下鍋再次煮開后,把切好的南瓜塊和紅棗放進(jìn)去。用勺子順著一個方向攪拌幾下,防止粘底。
第四步:轉(zhuǎn)小火慢熬,蓋上鍋蓋,轉(zhuǎn)中小火慢慢熬煮20-25分鐘。記得鍋蓋可以留一條小縫,防止溢鍋。
第五步:攪拌出稠,時間到了之后打開鍋蓋,你會發(fā)現(xiàn)南瓜已經(jīng)變得非常軟爛。這時候用勺子順時針快速攪拌幾分鐘,把部分南瓜壓碎融入粥里。這一步能讓整鍋粥瞬間變得金黃濃稠,香氣撲鼻!放進(jìn)枸杞即可。

第二樣;核桃黑芝麻糊
