5月27日，溫州市龍灣中學教學綜合樓建設工程奠基儀式順利舉行，學校辦學條件升級、優質教育擴容邁入全新階段。
該項目源于國家層面的政策引導與區域教育發展的現實需求。2023年，教育部等三部門聯合發布《關于實施新時代基礎教育擴優提質行動計劃的意見》，明確提出新建和改擴建一批優質普通高中，增加學位供給，有序擴大優質普通高中招生規模。

綜合樓總建筑面積達12905.06平方米，建成后可新增810個學位，將有效緩解區域優質高中學位緊張問題。
