一進入6月，氣溫一路飆升，空調、冷飲、冰瓜成了日常標配，很多人天天納涼，身體卻越來越差。

明明是大熱天，卻晨起困倦乏力、一吹空調手腳冰涼、食欲變差，稍微受涼就肚子不舒服，其實這不是天熱體虛，而是體內陽氣被大量消耗了。

夏季毛孔張開，冷氣、生冷食物極易侵入身體，加上出汗多，陽氣隨汗液外泄，陽氣一虛，渾身都難受。

不少人夏天補陽總踩坑：大吃牛羊肉進補，上火煩躁睡不著；還有人完全不養陽，一整個夏天萎靡不振。

春夏養陽，夏季補陽講究溫補不燥熱、清淡養脾胃，不用名貴食材，家常飯菜就能溫和補陽，不上火不傷身。

今天分享3道家常菜、1道養生湯、1杯養生茶，做法簡單，全家都適合吃。

一、嫩姜炒肉片

適合長期吹空調、脾胃虛寒、身體沉重畏寒的人群

食材：

瘦肉250g、嫩姜1塊、小蔥2根、料酒、生抽、食鹽、食用油

做法：

1. 瘦肉切薄片，加料酒抓勻腌制10分鐘去腥；

2. 嫩姜去皮切片，夏季吃嫩姜溫潤不上火，比老姜更適合夏天；

3. 熱鍋倒油，肉片炒至變色盛出；

4. 鍋底留油炒香姜片，倒入肉片，加生抽、鹽調味，大火翻炒入味，撒蔥花即可。

二、洋蔥炒雞蛋

適合體質虛弱、易受涼感冒、胃口差、體內濕氣重的人群

食材：

黃洋蔥1個、雞蛋3枚、溫水、食鹽、食用油

做法：

1. 洋蔥切絲清水浸泡2分鐘，避免辣眼；

2. 雞蛋加溫水、食鹽攪勻，炒出來口感更嫩滑；

3. 蛋液下鍋炒熟盛出，再放入洋蔥翻炒至變軟；

4. 倒入雞蛋混合翻炒，加鹽調味即可。

三、韭菜炒蝦仁

適合陽氣不足、腰膝酸軟、整日疲憊沒精神的中老年人

食材：

韭菜1小把、鮮蝦仁200g、姜片、食鹽、白胡椒粉

做法：

1. 蝦仁去蝦線洗凈，吸干水分；韭菜切段，根莖菜葉分開；

2. 姜片爆香，下入蝦仁翻炒至卷曲變紅；

3. 先炒韭菜根莖，再放菜葉，大火快速翻炒；

4. 加鹽和少許白胡椒粉調味，立刻出鍋。

四、山藥茯苓瘦肉湯

食材：

瘦肉300g、鐵棍山藥、茯苓15g、蓮子10顆、生姜、食鹽

做法：

1. 瘦肉冷水下鍋焯水，撇去浮沫撈出洗凈；

2. 山藥切塊泡水防發黑，茯苓、蓮子洗凈；

3. 所有食材放入砂鍋，加足量清水，大火燒開轉小火燉煮1小時；
