7月7日小暑節氣，無論有錢沒錢記得“吃3樣，做1事，忌1事”安康順遂度夏，不忘老傳統！

小暑節氣將至，在民間小暑節氣是非常重要的一個節氣，是盛夏的開始。小暑濕熱漸重、萬物繁茂，各地的傳統習俗數不勝數，流傳已久。這些民俗里藏著古人順應天時、消暑納福的生活智慧！

在小暑節氣到來之時，各種食俗也因地域的不同而有所不同，人們會在順應天時的儀式與滋味中，靜心安神，安康平穩的度過盛夏。今年的7月7日是小暑節氣，無論有錢沒錢記得“吃3樣，做1事，忌1事”安康順遂度夏，不忘老傳統！

一：吃餃子

在北方，所有的節氣或者節日，餃子是離不開的傳統美食，餃子不但好吃，還寓意著幸福美滿。更是因為季節的不同，而選擇應季的餡料，在品嘗美味的同時更是有順應季節的生活智慧。

【茄子餃子】食材：面粉，肉餡，茄子，蔥末，姜末，老抽，鹽，花生油。

1，把肉餡中加入老抽、鹽、蔥姜末調勻，把茄子剁碎捏去多余水分放入肉餡中拌勻，加入花生油拌勻餡料即成。

2，提前把面粉加水和成團，醒一會兒揉勻，揪成小劑子搟成薄薄的餃子皮，包入餡料捏緊，放入開水中煮熟，撈出即成。

二：吃暑羊

在魯南地區在小暑節氣有吃“暑羊”的傳統食俗，據老一輩說小暑吃暑羊可以以熱制熱，發汗排毒，緩解苦夏體虛。小暑節氣將至記得喝一碗羊湯，安康度夏！

【全羊湯】食材：羊頭肉少許、羊肺少許、羊肝少許、羊腸少許、羊肚少許、羊血少許、香菜少許、羊原湯少許。調料：蔥少許、姜少許、鹽少許、胡椒粉少許。

1，做全羊湯，有時間的可以煮一些骨頭湯，沒有就可以用清水，加入全羊大火燒開，改成中小火慢慢熬。

2，熬至羊湯變白，大約10分鐘~15分鐘就可以，把羊血放入鍋里繼續煮大約5分鐘，加入鹽，胡椒粉，味精，香菜末，蔥末來調味即成。

三：吃暑面

小暑近頭伏，在小暑節氣到來之時，離三伏天的頭伏也很近了，這時吃一碗新麥伏面，清熱開胃又解暑，更是有順風順水的美好寓意。
