6月29日～7月05日，北京市商品住宅成交1108套，成交金額81.06億元。其中，位于豐臺區玉泉營街道的北京建工·嘉棠雅序以149套、1.62萬平方米、11.3億元成為上周北京樓市“三冠王”。
6月27日，嘉棠雅序開盤即實現30億元銷售金額。據悉，項目共規劃11棟住宅545套房源，戶型建面約99-139㎡的三居至四居，主力戶型99㎡和109㎡。
