據山西省沁源縣人民醫院精神衛生科醫生崔宏偉介紹，醫院對煤礦事故傷員進行了心理疏導，目前大部分傷員情緒已趨于相對穩定；針對心理創傷較嚴重的病人，醫院將進行電話隨訪與心理追蹤。
