近日，茂南區政府網發布了征地預公告：一、擬征收土地的目的：擬作為粵西數字化智慧農產品綜合批發市場建設項目倉儲二區用地，用于倉儲用途。
二、擬征收土地的位置和范圍：茂名市茂南區羊角鎮元田村委會(詳見公告附圖)。實際征收土地范圍以最終批準文件為準。
三、擬征收土地面積：34.8674公頃(折523.011畝)。
