北京時(shí)間6月26日，據(jù)Hoopshype記者M(jìn)ichael Scotto報(bào)道，雄鹿中鋒杰里喬-西姆斯計(jì)劃執(zhí)行他2026-27賽季的球員選項(xiàng)。
通過選擇執(zhí)行選項(xiàng)，西姆斯將放棄完全自由球員身份，轉(zhuǎn)而獲得下賽季280萬美元的保障薪水。
在作為雄鹿球員的第一個(gè)完整賽季中，西姆斯出場67次創(chuàng)下生涯新高，其中19次首發(fā)。他場均出戰(zhàn)19.7分鐘，得到5.0分、5.5個(gè)籃板和1.6次助攻。
