據河南日報，6月26日，鄭州高新區與中科粉研（河南）超硬材料有限公司簽署協議，中科粉研第四代半導體材料生產基地正式落戶該區。該基地是國內首個第四代半導體材料全產業鏈項目，將為河南在全球獨具優勢的超硬材料產業鏈補上關鍵的一環。
