后天就是農歷臘月初八了，又一年的臘八節到了，老話說：“小孩小孩你別饞，過了臘八就是年！”臘八的到來也意味著我們要開始為迎接新年做準備了！

在過去，臘月初八，人們會舉行祭祀祖先和神靈的活動，祈求來年五谷豐登、六畜興旺。同時在這一天，很多寺廟也會施粥，表達感恩之情，也寄托了人們對來年吉利的美好愿望。

建議大家，臘八節，有錢沒錢，記得：“吃3樣、忌3事”，人旺財旺家興旺！

吃3樣

一、臘八粥

主要食材：白糯米、血糯米、薏仁米、紅米、糙米、麥仁、紅豆、綠豆、蓮子、紅棗、花生、葡萄干。

【具體做法】

1、準備谷類、豆類和果干，可以根據家里有的去搭配，我總共用了12種食材。

2、將白糯米、血糯米、薏仁米、紅米、糙米、麥仁、紅豆、綠豆、蓮子清洗干凈，用清水浸泡兩個小時以上。可以頭天晚上準備好，泡好，第二天早上直接煮。

3、將所有食材倒入砂鍋，加入清水。大火煮開，用勺子攪動一下鍋底，繼續大火煮5分鐘，將所有食材的香味激出來。

4、再蓋上蓋子，轉最小火燜上1個小時。中途記得看一下水量，別糊底了。

5、煮至所有食材軟爛黏稠，加入一塊冰糖或者一塊紅糖，繼續煮至融化。

二、臘八蒜

主要食材：大蒜、米醋、冰糖

【具體做法】

1、準備一些大蒜，去掉大蒜皮，從準備大蒜開始就不要再接觸生水了。

2、用到切去大蒜的根部，露出里面的蒜芯，順便挑揀掉表皮受傷或者壞掉的大蒜。

5、瓶子蓋上蓋子封緊，白天放在比較溫暖的地方，有暖氣的放在暖氣上面，3天就看到大蒜開始變綠了。吃的時候用干凈無水無油的筷子夾出來。

三、臘八面

主要食材：面條、豬肉、胡蘿卜、土豆、萵苣、豆腐干、木耳、黃花菜、洋蔥、生抽2勺，老抽半勺，蠔油1勺，清水或者高湯，蔥姜蒜適量，鹽、食用油適量

【具體做法】

1、準備好配菜，除了豬肉之外，我準備了胡蘿卜、土豆、萵苣、豆腐干、木耳、黃花菜、洋蔥，全部切成小丁，食材可以根據自己喜歡來搭配。

2、鍋中倒油，油熱倒入蔥姜蒜炒出香味，倒入切好的豬肉丁翻炒出油脂。

3、倒入所有配菜翻炒均勻，加入兩勺生抽，半勺老抽，一勺蠔油翻炒均勻。

4、加入沒過食材的開水，有高湯的話用高湯味道更好。燉煮至所有食材熟透，添加適量鹽調味。

5、鍋中燒水，水開放入手搟面煮熟，我今天用的手搟面是蕎麥面，更加營養低脂。

6、煮好的面條撈出來，澆上煮好的配菜就可以了。能吃辣的可以淋上一勺辣椒油。

忌3事

1、忌借出東西

在臘八節這天，人們往往不會將自家的東西借出去，以免把好運氣借出去，不管是金錢，還是物品，圖個吉利，臘八這天盡量避免外借。

2、忌搬家

臘月天氣寒冷，而且家家戶戶都開始為新年做準備，搬家可能帶來不便，人們認為臘月搬家可能會阻擋家中的興旺財運。所以，臘八這天，不要搬家。

3、忌拌嘴

臘八節，是表達感恩，為來年祈福的日子，這一天，不要跟老人拌嘴，夫妻不要吵架，家庭和睦、尊老愛幼是中華民族的傳統美德，家庭幸福，好運自然上門來。
