為什么夏天飲食要格外注意？

夏天高溫多雨，人體容易感受暑濕之氣。很多人喜歡吃涼的東西，整天吹空調、喝冷飲，這樣很容易導致脾胃受傷，容易出現食欲不振、腹瀉等問題。

所以夏季飲食的核心就八個字：清熱解暑、健脾祛濕。

第一種：綠豆——解暑第一名

說到夏天，綠豆絕對是當之無愧的“解暑擔當”。綠豆性涼味甘，能清熱消暑、利尿消腫。

推薦吃法：綠豆百合湯

綠豆提前浸泡2小時，加足量水大火煮開后轉小火煮至開花，加入鮮百合和適量冰糖，再煮5分鐘即可。放涼后飲用，比任何冷飲都解渴。

第二種：冬瓜——補水又消腫

冬瓜含水量高達96%，熱量極低，夏天多吃既能補水又不怕長胖。中醫認為冬瓜能清熱利水、消腫解暑。

推薦吃法：冬瓜薏米排骨湯

排骨焯水后與提前泡好的薏米一起下鍋，燉40分鐘后加入冬瓜塊，再燉20分鐘，最后加鹽調味。這款湯祛濕效果特別好，適合總覺得身體沉重的人。

第三種：生姜——冬吃蘿卜夏吃姜

“冬吃蘿卜夏吃姜”是有道理的。夏天人們吃生冷食物多，容易導致脾胃虛寒，生姜正好能溫中散寒、促進食欲。

嫩姜洗凈切片，用鹽腌制半小時后擠干水分，放入干凈玻璃瓶中，倒入沒過姜片的米醋，加少量冰糖，密封冷藏3天即可。每天早上吃兩三片，開胃又養生。

第四種：苦瓜——苦味清心火
