新鮮嫩綠的茼蒿、適量的鹽、蒜末、姜末、碎花生或炒香的芝麻、五香粉、雞精、面粉、玉米面（或全麥粉）、食用油1。

制作步驟

挑選與處理茼蒿：清晨去市場挑選葉片飽滿、色澤鮮亮的茼蒿。回到家后，將茼蒿細細洗凈，去除老葉和根部，只留下最鮮嫩的部分。接著把洗凈的茼蒿切成細碎的小段，加入適量的鹽，輕輕揉搓，逼出多余的水分，這樣既能去除茼蒿的澀味，又能使蒸出來的菜團更加松軟可口1。

鎖住水分與調味：將擠干水分的茼蒿放入大碗中，加入少許食用油拌勻，鎖住水分和色澤。隨后根據個人口味，加入適量的蒜末、姜末、碎花生或炒香的芝麻，增添香氣和口感層次。還可以加入少量的五香粉、雞精提鮮，但要注意茼蒿本身味道清新，調味不宜過重，以免掩蓋其本味1。
