豬肝的做法千千萬，哪一種才是你的最愛？

今天要給大家分享的是豬肝的另一種做法，叫作涼拌豬肝！

涼拌豬肝是一道色香味美的開胃家常美食，鮮嫩的豬肝再搭配上各種香料，使其在味覺上煥發出獨特的風味。每一片豬肝都保持著恰到好處的口感，既有嚼勁又不失滑嫩，令人陶醉其中。

步驟一；

準備食材，新鮮豬肝一塊，香菜適量，小蔥兩根，小米辣適量，大蒜頭適量！

步驟二；

處理食材，首先把豬肝清洗干凈，然后切成厚薄均勻的片，放入碗中，加適量啤酒浸泡十分鐘左右，這樣可以有效的去除豬肝的腥味！

步驟三；

處理好所需食材，小米辣切圈，小蔥切成蔥花，香菜切成段，大蒜頭剁成蒜泥！

步驟四；

把豬肝放入漏勺沖洗干凈血水，控干水分放入碗中碼味，加適量鹽，少許胡椒粉，適量干淀粉，用手抓拌均勻備用！

放涼的豬肝控干水分，放入碗中，加適量香菜，然后淋入兌好的料汁，攪拌均勻之后裝盤即可開吃！
