在最新發布的第三個 macOS 27（代號 macOS Golden Gate）開發者測試版中，蘋果為 Mac 增加了多款圍繞金門大橋主題設計的全新壁紙選項。 此前系統已在首個測試版中引入一張金門大橋抽象風格的壁紙，如今新增的 Golden Gate Sunset（夕陽）與 Golden Gate Night（夜景）則進一步豐富了整體視覺效果。
Golden Gate Sunset 和 Golden Gate Night 這兩款新壁紙在解鎖 Mac 時會呈現動畫效果，并且可以被設置為屏幕保護程序使用。 當用戶將 Golden Gate Sunset 壁紙設為屏保時，畫面中可見海浪拍打金門大橋附近礁石的動態場景；而 Golden Gate Night 壁紙的屏保效果則展現車輛行駛在金門大橋上的夜間畫面，營造出鮮明的時間氛圍對比。
延續以往在系統更新中引入成組主題壁紙的做法，蘋果這一次也有可能在后續測試版或正式版中繼續擴展金門大橋系列壁紙，為用戶帶來更多風格變化。 目前 macOS Golden Gate 仍然僅面向開發者開放測試版，普通用戶暫時無法通過正式渠道獲取，但預計不久之后蘋果將推出面向公眾的 macOS 27 公測版本。
